Go to YouTube channel Page and click the edit button on upper right corner of Channel art section.
Next Step
Now you will see two options 1. Edit Link 2.Edit Channel Art
click on edit link
Now at the bottom of the new page you will find Custom Link and Add button

Click on Add button, now two small tabs write the name of media button or webpage and in url tab write or paste the link.
For example if you want to add twitter button , write twitter in first tab and paste your twitter link in second. for twitter link log in to your twitter page and copy the url containing your username. now paste it in the tab.
to add any webpage or your own website link, type the name of website in first tab and type the url of the website in url tab...click the done button.
now you can see social media buttons in your youtube channel.
